The worst-case scenario regarding Andrew Bogut came true: The center will be out for the remainder of the season, the Cavaliers announced Wednesday.

Cleveland's newest acquisition broke his left tibia Monday night in his debut against the Heat after he collided with Okaro White.

Following the initial X-rays, Bogut underwent further evaluation Tuesday at the Cleveland Clinic, where it was determined he won't need surgery.
